After lots of planning and delicious food and wine tasting, we are thrilled to announce that bookings are open for the Cavalry and Guards Club at Royal Ascot.

Running from Tuesday, 17 to Saturday, 21 June, we will be providing incredible food in a stunning air-conditioned marquee, an extensive wine and champagne list, and the same larger garden that we had last year.

Once again, we have decided not to pass on the full price increment asked of us by Ascot. And, again, we have reduced Saturday’s Day Badges to attract our younger members and their guests. We hope that you will look favourably upon both these decisions.

This year, I have made an online form. There is a form for each day that you wish to attend.

These give you access to our garden, marquee and all the facilities within. Please be reminded that, if you are eating with us, you will need one of these, too.

Food
Should you chose to eat within the marquee, from Tuesday to Friday you will get a three-course lunch and, on Saturday, an impressive buffet lunch. There is the option for tea on all five days. If you book for both lunch and tea, you will keep your table for the whole day.

As the marquee is within the Royal Enclosure, you will need to purchase your Royal Enclosure Badge separately. Please visit https://www.ascot.com/royal-ascot/royal-enclosure. If, closer to the time, the Ascot office tells you that there are no more Royal Enclosure badges, please inform them that you are coming to our Club marquee, and they will issue them.
